He is more than willing to do the harder jobs in order to help people.  He really cares about his clients and is willing to go out of his way to help people. Several months ago, he handled a warranty repair on my exterior unit, and updated my thermostats to Ecobee, giving us more control over our usage.  He handled these quickly and timely, and during the most recent heatwave, our house began heating up on a Sunday.  I sent him a text to put us on the list for Monday, but being the guy Dave is, he popped over to my house.  He rang my bell about 45 minutes after me texting him, and didn't say, "I'm here to check it out" but "Here's the old capacitor, I've already replaced it, you should be cooling down soon..." It's good to have a friend in the AC business in Fort Worth! read less
