Several months ago, he handled a warranty repair on my exterior unit, and updated my thermostats to Ecobee, giving us more control over our usage.  He handled these quickly and timely, and during the most recent heatwave, our house began heating up on a Sunday.  I sent him a text to put us on the list for Monday, but being the guy Dave is, he popped over to my house.  He rang my bell about 45 minutes after me texting him, and didn't say, "I'm here to check it out" but "Here's the old capacitor, I've already replaced it, you should be cooling down soon..." It's good to have a friend in the AC business in Fort Worth! read less

They came to my home about 15 minutes after calling and requesting a technician to make a diagnosis. They made the diagnosis and fixed what they could on the first day and the next morning they showed up and went right to work to complete the repair. Everyone was professional and very organized. Selena was very kind and attentive on the phone. I liked that I could conveniently pay my invoice online. DTM will be my first choice for maintenance from now on. read less
