Our old unit had been going and in and out all summer in 100 degree weather! Each time I called they showed up EVERYTIME, without complaint, within 24 hours! That meant a lot to this stay-at-home mama of 2 young children. And when our unit finally died, they ordered one right away, brought us a portable unit while we waited, and came and installed it in record time! THANK YOU SO MUCH for really being "quality you can trust!" DTM! Call them, they know what they're doing! read less

He is more than willing to do the harder jobs in order to help people.  He really cares about his clients and is willing to go out of his way to help people. If more people ran their businesses the way that Michael does, the world would be a much better place.I would recommend his company to anybody anywhere anytime! read less

Several months ago, he handled a warranty repair on my exterior unit, and updated my thermostats to Ecobee, giving us more control over our usage.  He handled these quickly and timely, and during the most recent heatwave, our house began heating up on a Sunday.  I sent him a text to put us on the list for Monday, but being the guy Dave is, he popped over to my house.  He rang my bell about 45 minutes after me texting him, and didn't say, "I'm here to check it out" but "Here's the old capacitor, I've already replaced it, you should be cooling down soon..." It's good to have a friend in the AC business in Fort Worth! read less
